Sheikh Dr. Abdul Sattar Abdul Karim Mohammed Abu Ghuddah (Syrian-Bahraini),  educated at the University of Damascus (Syria) and graduated with a Bachelor in Sharia'a (1964) and Bachelor of Law (1965).  He holds double Masters in Sharia'a (1964) and Ulum Hadith (1967) and a PhD (1975) in Sharia'a (Comparative Mazhab) from al-Azhar University.  Dr. Abdul Sattar started his career as a Lecturer at Imam Al Da'awa Institute (Riyadh), Religious Institute (Kuwait), and Sharia'a College of the Law Faculty in Kuwait University.  He is currently a Sharia'a Consultant at Dallah Al-Barakah Banking Group and Director of Department of Financial Instruments at AI-Barakah Investment Company Saudi Arabia and has written various books and articles on Fiqh Muamalat.  He is also a member in the Sharia'a Committee of various organizations including Islamic Law Encyclopedia (Kuwait Awqaf Ministry: 1982-1990), AAOIFI, Dar Ististhmar, Islamic Fiqh Academy Jeddah, Dow Jones Islamic, Qatar Islamic Bank, Jordan Islamic Bank, Jordan Islamic Insurance, Islamic Bank of Asia, European Finance House (EFH), Syrian International Islamic Bank, Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS)-Switzerland, Saudi American Bank-Saudi Arabia, Guidance Financial Group-USA, First Islamic Investment Bank-Bahrain, Standard Chartered Group, Saadiq Islamic Banking, Calyon, Zayan Finance-USA, European Islamic Investment Bank (EIIB), Noor Islamic Bank-Dubai, and Unicorn Investment Bank.

Sheikh Walid Bin Hadi (Qatari), educated at University of Qatar and graduated with a B.A in Sharia'a and Usul-Eldeen (1991).  He holds a Masters in Sharia'a and Law from Omdurman Islamic University (Sudan) in 2002, and PhD in Sharia'a from Imam Muhammad Bin Saud al-Islamiyyah University in Riyadh in 2008.  Sheikh Walid started his career as a Judge at the Sharia'a Court in Qatar (1991). He is also a Sharia'a Committee member for various organizations including Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar International Islamic Bank, Bank al-Rayyan, European Finance House (EFH), Solidarity Family Islamic Insurance Co. and Syrian International Islamic Bank.  He has published various books and articles on Islamic Faith, Hadith, Usul al-Fiqh ,Islamic Economy, Islamic Finance and Sharia'a Audit.

Sheikh Nizam M. Yaquby studied traditional Islamic studies under the guidance of eminent Islamic scholars from different parts of the world. He holds a BA in economics & comparative religions and M.SC. in Finance from McGill University – Canada.  He is also a PhD candidate in Islamic Law at University of Wales. Sheikh Nizam served in Bahrain Mosques from 1981 till 1990 where he taught Tafsir, Hadith and Fiqh since 1976. In addition to advising Citi and other Islamic finance institutions and funds, Sheikh Nizam Yaquby is a member of the Islamic Fiqh Academy and Auditing and Accounting Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions, and has published several articles and books on various Islamic subjects including Islamic banking and finance.

Sheikh Amin El Kurdy, secretary of Dar El Fatwa in the Lebanese Republic, holds a Degree in Islamic Law from the Islamic Sharia'a University of Dar El Fatwa. Imam and speaker at the Mohammad El Amin Masjd, Sheikh Amin holds a teaching and administrative position at the Sharia'a University. He is a member of many Sharia'a Consulting Boards at different Lebanese banks as well as several specialized committees affiliated to Dar Al Iftaa.

Born in 1964, Sheikh & Mofti Ahmad Taleb holds upper studies from Al-Hawza Al-Ilmieh in Qum where he is currently a Professor. He is also a Professor in the Al-Hawzat Al-Ilmieh in Lebanon.  Sheikh Ahmad is a lecturer in Contemporary Islamic Thought and the Chairman of the Association of Independent Ilam’a in Lebanon.
